At the Grey Bonnet, we know how to pamper you the traditional way. Start your day with our complementary "Best Breakfast on the Mountain". As our menu varies, you may choose from such delectable choices as omelets, blueberry, strawberry and apple pancakes, or our delicious Brandied Raisin French Toast. On busy weekends we serve a buffet breakfast to ensure that our skiing guests will enjoy maximum time on the mountain.

In the evening, enjoy fireside dining and fine American cuisine in our antique-filled dining room. The menu changes with the seasons, offering a number of different entrees each evening, from fresh pasta and seafood dishes to our specially prepared duck and veal dishes. Our well-stocked wine cellar, cheerful, attentive service, and flickering oil lamps make each meal an occasion to remember.

Our friendly pub, full of early Vermont Americana, is the perfect spot to put the finishing touch on a wonderful day. No matter what the season, there's always something happening at the pub from backgammon and Trivial Pursuit to puzzle contests, or just relaxing with good company.
