Reservations:
A deposit will be taken for either one night or 50% of your stay. The deposit is applied to your last nights stay of the reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days of booking will be released.

Cancellations:
We require 48-hour notice for either a cancellation or a shorter stay prior to the date of arrival. Notification during Fall Foliage holiday periods is
7-days; Winter Holidays & February prime season is 14-days. Within cancellation periods as specified,
we will retain your deposit for a future stay, less a $25 ($50 holiday)
cancellation fee per room, which applies to all cancellations. |
