Reservations:
A deposit will be taken for either one night or 50% of your stay. The deposit is applied to your last nights stay of the reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days of booking will be released. Deposits for holiday periods are by check only.

Cancellations:
We require 14 days notice for either a cancellation or a shorter stay prior to the date of arrival. Notification during Fall Foliage and holiday periods is 30 days. Cancellations within fourteen days will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. All refunds will be less $25.00 ($50.00 holiday) handling fee.
Online bookings will incur an additional 5% of reservation cancellation
fee. |
