Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

• No-show or late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in, or no-shows, will forfeit the entire stay.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of cancellation.

Double Occupancy and Extra Persons Charge

• Double occupancy: All rooms are priced based on double occupancy. This means that the room rate is for two people.

• Children: Children under the age of 10 are free to stay in the room with their parents or guardians.

• Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is stated in the room description. We cannot exceed this occupancy under any circumstances due to safety concerns.

To avoid any additional charges, please make sure that you accurately state the number of guests staying in the room when you book your reservation.
